Graduation Exam - Application: Tuesday, July 7, 2026
Students who will take the graduation exam must apply in person to the Department Chairs of the departments in which they are enrolled or via email to the Department Chairs’ email addresses, submitting their student transcripts and the Graduation Exam application form.
Students applying via email must not add a digital signature to their application forms. The printed application form must be signed by hand, scanned, and then sent via email.
Study plans must be reviewed for compliance with the relevant guidelines listed below.
Announcement of the Graduation Exam Schedule: Wednesday, July 8, 2026
End-of-Spring Semester Graduation Exams: Thursday, July 9, 2026
Spring Semester Graduation Exam Grade Entry: July 9–10, 2026
Students Eligible to Register for Exams:
Students who have failed no more than two courses (FF, FD, DD) to graduate
Students who cannot graduate because their cumulative GPA is below 2.00 (from a maximum of two courses in which they have earned a conditional pass (DC))
NOTE: Students who have not registered for courses or paid tuition for the semester in which the Graduation Exam will be held must pay the tuition for that semester in order to apply for the Graduation Exam.
