Students who have conflicting courses in the 2023-2024 Spring Semester mid-term exams should fill out the form (FR-0606-Excuse Exam Request Form for Conflicting Courses) and students who cannot attend the exam due to their excuses should fill out the form (FR-0607-Excuse Exam Request Form) and submit it personally to the Department Registrar's Office.
Important informations
- In case of not being able to take the exam due to illness, the illness must be documented with a (three) day report and the report must be personally submitted to the Department Head within 3 (three) days after the report is completed.
- The exams of students who are found to have taken the exam within the report date range will be canceled and they will not be able to take the make-up exam.
- If more than one midterm exam is held during the semester, the student can request a make-up exam for only one of them.
- The excuse for finals is make-up exams.
- Make-up exams are held in the last week of classes. In make-up exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.
